The EZ-Hydro Pioneer Home Water Filter holds a single jumbo cartridge that eliminates the need for the use of multiple filter cartridge housings.

  • Removes the following impurities:

    Lead, Heavy Metals, Chlorine, Chloramines and cyst reduction.

  • Certified PFOA/PFOS reduction below 10 ppm

  • Requires: no electricity,  no back wash, no drain and is non-metallic (will not rust).

  • There is not filter media to re-bed.

  • Its single cartridge is easy to install  and it is easy to service.

The NSF P473 Drinking Water Treatment Units standard is an extremely rigorous test to evaluate the effectiveness of water treatment equipment for the reduction of chemicals in drinking water, specifically perfluorooctanoic acid (PFAO) and perfluorooactane sulfonate (PFOS). The P473 standard contains four primary sections and is similar to NSF/ANSI 53 Standard for Lead; Section 3 evaluates the Performance of the filter to reduce the PFOA and PFOS.
